Morning launch is East into Bear Creek, it is best with very light wind forcast, you launch into nice cycles coming straight in. Evening launch is West into prevailing West winds. GPS coordinates of launch are N 37.89416 W 107.82339 Landing zones are all on the Telluride Valley floor. The largest is Oops Field 1/2 mile west of town and is the most appropiate for Hangliders. The next largest is the Pearl Property and is right in the West edge of town and is closest to where you car is parked. There is also the Town park on the East side of town that is totally doable but there are many obstacles(fences, goal posts etc...) Take highway 62X right into Telluride.
