Nice clear top of the hill. Need keys as there is locked gates to be able to drive up, but free to walk up. There is two landing zones, one much closer to the hill, but relatively small area. The second much larger further out. Lanyon is south Canberra. The follow streets will get you to a spot near the top LZ. Tharwa Dr Pockett Av Forsythe St Olive Pink Cr Witunga Cr Crespin Pl na. na.

Warning, if the wind is north the take off can get some nasty rotor... Only take off if the wind is coming straight up the face.
